So we’ve made Flash Romantics - absolute ripper shotgun weddings for our fellow queers, our left-of-centre lovers and our non-traditional romantics. We keep it affordable for you with one simple package that includes a sparkly Brunswick venue for you and your chosen fam, a legendary marriage celebrant, a talented wedding photographer and a heartthrob tattooist - all here to give you the best damn wedding.

Flash Romantics happens a few times a year. The next Flash Romantics are scheduled for April 7th, September 14th, and November 30th 2024. 6 weddings take place at each Flash Romantics event. To book or inquire, please fill out the form on this page.
At least one month before, you’ll come in to meet the crew, see the space and sign paperwork (or we’ll do it over Zoom if you live far away).
On the day, you can bring up to 14 guests (large groups can sometimes be accommodated). Our pop-up wedding chapel is at Studio Take Care in Brunswick, Melbourne, Australia. Take Care is a ground floor venue with wheelchair access and an accessible bathroom. We have three rooms on the go for weddings - the greenroom for you and your closest to land and pop champagne while your guests are being seated, the big room - where the ceremony happens and the tattoo room. Take Care has lots of cute, photogenic spots for wedding photos.
All weddings have a one hour time-slot for you and your guests and a one hour tattoo booking for you and your lover(s).
Within 4 weeks of your wedding day, you’ll receive your wedding photos digitally.
